Some want to be in the city while others prefer to be out of the way.  Below, we've provided a short list of frequently asked questions covering which Inns are: Pet Friendly, have more than 10 Guest Rooms, Kid Friendly, offer Vehicle Electric Charging Stations, and more.

Which inns have 10 or more guest rooms?

If you're looking for a larger bed & breakfast with more room options, the following properties offer 10 or more guest rooms:

Do any of your inns offer electric vehicle charging stations?

Yes! We have two properties that currently provide EV charging stations for guests:

Traveling with Children (under 14 years of age)

Can we bring our children to stay at your inns?

While many of our properties cater primarily to adults seeking a romantic getaway, several inns welcome families with children. Age restrictions and room availability vary by property:

  • Abbington Green B&B

    • Well-behaved children age 12+ in Carriage House suites

  • Albemarle Inn

    • Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. â€‹

  • Beaufort House Inn

    • Children 12+ welcome (call for special circumstances)

  • Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill

  • Bent Creek Lodge

    • Only accommodate children over 12 years of age at the lodge, unless the entire lodge is rented for a private event.  Children of all ages are welcome at our (LUHN) guest house cabin.

  • Carolina Bed & Breakfast

    • Children that are 10 years of age and above are most welcome at the Inn.

  • Cedar Crest Inn

    • Children under the age of 12 are typically not permitted. If you would like to travel with a child under the age of 12, please call us directly to see if arrangements can be made..

  • Engadine Inn and Cabins

    • Our bed and breakfast Inn is reserved for adults only. Children of all ages are welcome in our five family-friendly cabins, however. Exception: The Cherokee Cabin is our luxury cabin and is reserved for two adults only.​

  • Oakland Cottage Bed & Breakfast

    • Children of all ages welcome.

  • Pinecrest Bed & Breakfast

    • Children, age 12 and older, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.​

  • The Yellow House

    • Children 12 years of age and older are always welcome.

  • Wildberry Lodge

    • Children 10 and older are welcome.​​

Which properties can host weddings and special events?

Booking and General Information

How can I book a room at one of your member inns?

Go to our Inns webpage and click on the Inn you are interested in booking. There is a direct link for reservations for each inn.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

The Association discontinued the sale of gift certificates, but many of the B&Bs offer them directly, so please choose an inn to purchase directly.  If you possess an ABBA gift certificate, it can be redeemed at any of our member B&Bs before the printed expiration date that was issued when purchased.

 

Where can I find current specials and packages?

What areas do your inns serve?
